In order to authentically target consumers, we had to learn where they go, where they don’t go, and what they eat. By strongly positioning American Hammock Co.’s Blackbird XLC hammock as the campers’ hammock, while our target is flipping through outdoors catalogs, they’ll find a useful and relatable product in-between planning their next trip or splurge on gear.
Outdoor
We know our target would rather be anywhere than being stuck in traffic. So while they’re trapped in their car, we wanted to remind them of the sweeter things in life: swinging from one of our hammocks.
Social
Even though our target would rather be out in nature, instead of scrolling through pictures of it, we know they’re checking social media to find inspiration for their next hike. So, while they’re feeding their wanderlust on Instagram, we’ll let them know American Hammock Co. is a necessity for their next exploration.
