I grew up in New Jersey (It’s Taylor Ham. Yes, we are bad drivers. No, I’ve never met Snooki. But, my best friend met J-Wow in a parking lot). 

What “I like” stems from being able to watch way too many movies way too young. Other kids in class journaled about their weekend at Grandma and Grandpa’s. I was writing about Shutter Island.

I’m sure there are studies on why that’s a bad thing, but I turned out (kind of) fine. Even if I did turn out worse, it got my creative ball rolling! Nothing gets a girl’s creative juices flowing than a Turner Classic Movie at age 8…

My dream is to be on Jeopardy and own a black cat, but in the meantime, I’ll be writing.
